Gruyere Peppadew Cheese Dip

Great seasonal recipe if you're in the mood...

I jar Peppadews, drained & roughly chopped
1 1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese
2/3 cup Mayo (I use Dukes)
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients until fully combined. Place in a shallow 6 inch ish dish. Bake at 400 degrees about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers. I love this with Hard Cider, light red wines and full bodied white wines. Enjoy!
